Submissions
Each submission should contain the following materials:
- A completed application form
- Consent forms for all people who appear in your video. Failure to submit proper consent forms will lead to disqualification of your submission.
- Your video submission. Submissions will be accepted in digital format only. We require videos in either QuickTime, .MOV, Windows .AVI, or .MPG format. We specifically recommend the MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format at 640x480 resolution with MP3 audio.
