Submissions will be accepted in digital format only.

We require videos in either QuickTime, .MOV, Windows .AVI, or .MPG format. We specifically recommend the MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format at 640x480 resolution with MP3 audio. You must be 15 years old and a US Citizen enter.
